New-Family menus:Some very popular Chinese cuisines, it's from different parts of China,
because it's not too difficult, you can also do it at home.


•  Learn how to use a Chinese kitchen knife.
•  All ll classes are hands-on - you see what the chef sees.
•  Every one will have your own knife, a chopping board and stove.
•  All classes are taught in English by a professionally licensed Chinese chef.
•  Take- -home recipes are provided for every dish cooked.
•  Join the optional market tour (1.5 hours) before your cooking class to learn
more about Chinese produce and culture

Cooking class-10:30am - 1:30pm 480 CNY or 69 USD/person.
(From Sep 2nd - 14th morning cooking class fee is 500 CNY)

Condiments class-8:40am ~ 9:10am 70 CNY or 10 USD / person.

Types of soy sauce&vinegar&cooking wine, what shoud we use for today, how to choose the good one.
Option: Market tours-9:10am - 10:20am 150 CNY or 21 USD / person.
Visit the local market, select and purchase today's ingredients, and learn about the local food and culinary culture.
If you haven't had breakfast, you can buy a delicious Chinese pancake or steamed bun for breakfast.

Private cooking class: Any time after 3:00 pm.
